Heroes Only is now taking preorders on D&D Against the Giant miniatures and MTG: Eventide!

Against the Giants releases on July 11th; Eventide releases July 25th

A case of Against the Giants miniatures is $100

A booster box of Eventide will be $95 for those who preorder.  The regular price for booster boxes of Magic are now always $100 unless preordered for less.

Fat packs will also be available at a reduced price for those who preorder.

There will be a MTG sanctioned booster draft this Friday, but it will not be an FNM one. We will be giving out foils, but not the FNM foil for June. This draft will be $11, and will include foils and booster packs for prizes.

This pertains only to June 6th. The remaining Friday nights will be Friday Night Magic with the appropriate foil as usual.

In June, a new price scheme will be introduced, with alternating Fridays. $11 drafts will include a prize breakdown of 5 for 1st, 4 for 2nd, and boosters given at random. Obviously, the FNM foils will also be given out. $15 drafts will now feature more prizes.

Toward the middle of the month, you’ll be seeing a miniature game called AT-43 arrive in the store. Look for free demos coming at the end of June.

In comic news, issues of the Batman RIP story line, Secret Invasion, Kick Ass, and Captain America are selling out ultra-fast. To guarantee yourself a copy of any issue, set up a subscription box – it’s FREE!

All right, folks. The May calendar is finally up-to-date. Sorry for the delay. In addition to the events, demos, and tournaments posted there, we may be adding additional tournaments soon.

There are still comics from Free Comic Book Day available. We’ll be giving them away until supplies run out.

Thanks to everyone who participated in the tournaments on Friday and Saturday.

Today! Free Comic Book Day – We’re offering ten different titles for free! We also have Star War Miniatures to give away as well. Hurry in, supplies are limited!

The Shadowmoor Launch Party is today only and begins at 1pm. Come early to register. Random prizes will be given out throughout the tournament, including spin-down counters, deck boxes, and booster packs. Each person that signs up receives a free Vexing Shusher!
