Star Wars – Dawn of Defiance
Drew will be running Star Wars Saga Edition:
I have prepared the first module for Star Wars Saga Edition that I would really like to run this weekend. I’ll probably be hanging out at the store tomorrow, and Sunday afternoon. Part 1 shouldn’t take longer than 3-4 hours. I have pre-generated characters, or we could make characters. Character creation is really really fast. I use the typical character ability build (15, 14, 13, 12, 10, 9). Then skills takes nothing to choose and then you choose a couple feats, a talent, and then ready to play.
It would be nice to get 3-5 of players. I’ll be bringing minis / battlemat / dice / etc…
I’d like to see people turn out for this. Later that same evening we’ll break out Last Night on Earth: A Zombie Game if time allows.
There are five or six of us going to the 1250 showing of AVP-R on Christmas Day at the Capital Theater. Anyone else who is interested in tagging along should contact us soon.

We’re looking at the 1250 showing of AVP-R on Christmas Day. I don’t know if it’ll be packed or not, so show up a little early.

Well, Christmas is almost here, and we want to spend some of the holiday celebrating hero style.
We’re planning a trip to the Capital Theater on Christmas Day to see Alien vs Predator – Requiem. If you haven’t seen the trailer, do yourself a favor and check out the redband trailer.
Most likely we’ll be trying to catch a late matinee. Don’t have specific times yet, but will post them as the time gets closer (hopefully sometime at the end of the week or this weekend).
If you’d like to join us, email me, sign up at the store, or say so on the forums. I’ll post more info here as I get it.

Few Things
Zombie Fluxx arrived at the store today. It’s a card game that’s getting a lot of hype.
On another note: Delwin will be hosting an Original D&D Campaign on Saturday, December 15th. He’ll have seven premade characters available. If you’re interested in playing, show up at the store by 11am that day. Should be fun!

I received word from WOTC today letting me know that we are officially a Premier Store!
Update on Premier Store status
Just received an email from WOTC today. The email said we should know in several days the results of us becoming a Premier Store.
