Just a quick update.  Jon and I are busy working on some of the finishing touches and trying to sew up any loose ends.  After a dissatisfied experience with Qwest, we’ve decided to go with Verizon for our business needs.

Shelving is being erected this weekend.  We received some of our first gaming merchandise, and the comic side of things will follow on Sept. 26 and each week thereafter.

There are quite a few other things going on all four burners, but I’ll keep those under wraps until the store opening draws nearer.  Which, by the way, looks as though it could be happening as soon as October 1st.  While we will by no means have all of our merchandise in stock by then, we should have enough to prop the door open and begin doing business.

On a related note, Jon and I will be placing our next order within the next week or two, so if anyone has something they specifically want ordered now so they can pay for it when it comes in, be sure to let us know.  Also, we’re still open to all suggestions and feedback.

The t-shirt ordering was delayed for a week due to circumstances related to the Qwest debacle.  We should be good to go on placing that order this Sunday or Monday.  So far, I’ve got eight people ordering, so if anybody wants to catch this first order, be sure to email me or post on the forum no later than Sunday morning.
